GA-37 DX Grandizer and Spacer

Another smash-hit robot design by Go Nagai, who also created Mazinger Z and Great Mazinger as well. Sold both individually and in deluxe sets, Grandizer and his Spacer spacecraft rank among the most popular and beautiful chogokin ever created. The standalone Grandizer diecast was packaged with a large double-barreled weapon called the "Antigravity Dizer Cannon." The deluxe set containing both the Grandizer and Spacer was produced in at least three seperate versions.
Version 1:
The very first featured a plastic switch and lever for opening the front hatch of the Spacer.
   

Version 2:
The second omitted the switch but embedded a pair of large, yellow missile launchers in the fuselage.

Version 3:
The third dropped the missile launchers, but incorporated a missile launcher and a disk launcher into the wings of the Spacer.
