As far as I can tell, it goes like this

Four Star made transformers Knockoffs in the 80s. They are well made, using diecast and new parts. The seeker jet bootlegs they did are rare, and this grey one, with the weird arms, apparently is the rarest of the lot. Not bad for a $20 find at a toy store.
