So the good kind of otaku totally built a full scale Powered Suit from the Japanese edition of Starship Troopers

pics of the finished suit. not really feeling the rusty look but the Zaku eye is nice

What other 1/1 scale powered suit mock-ups are out there? There's also that "Dualis Powered Suit" that Kawamori whipped up for Nissan, though that isn't actually based on any previous desing and was sort of a publicity gimmick.
