"Age" means fried in Japanese. Unless you're questioning the photo editing skills....that would be crappy MS Paint.

Bird-ish MS! Looks nice despite the shotacon character designs which will generate TONS of yaoi fanart for.

I asked if I have "Time For L-Gaim" but I got "No Reply From The Wind".

the models and toys come with an ic chip embedded in them so you can make your own variations, bring the kit to the toystore, have a machine read the ic chips and your own gundma appears on the screen of the machine and will fight other models, i guess, sort of like a do-able version of what was going on with plamo-kyoshiro a long time ago....
there was a PS game that had models included and you would hook the models up into the PS and the modifications you made to the model were translated into the screen to do battle with other robots. I forget the name of the game, and the designs were kinda weak, but I remember having some fun with that.....

>Pokévangeliundam!!!!!!!
What's Evangelion about it? Unless you're trying to use the "kids today and their pokemon and evagelion" old guy on his lawn speak.

Kids piloting robots (though Amuro was basically a kid in the OG), weapons being fired out to the robot...don't be so humorless, Vinnie.

>It's also ironic how Vince is so fond of Lolicon, but complains that the boys in this Gundam series are Shotacon...
I'm not complaining at all. I'm just stating as is.

Given the ages and the appearances of the human characters, what this series actually reminds me of is a non-SD MS Saga.

Looks like Sunrise is serving up some grownup food alongside Fried Gundam.
Apparently they're making anime adaptation of Gundam: the Origin. It's pretty much a straight-up retelling of the original series with some new flourishes. Here's to hoping they keep Yas' "painted look" in the show! No word as to release date.
If we're lucky, maybe Bandai will make a model kit! One can always dream!

So does this mean Toru Furuya and Shuichi Ikeda are going to be roped in to doing the same thing they've been doing the last 30 years? Maybe they could try some new people as age hasn't been kind of Ikeda's voice. His current Char voice tends to speak only in gruffs.
So clearly this means the next manga to anime adaption will be Macross The First.

And here I thought it was just Bandai milking the Gundam...oh, wait.
Still waiting for that Fix Metal Super-DX GP-01, Bandai!
