Whenever I think of bad-ass kappa, I think of the Tortoise Lord from the "Action 3 Kaijin Set" that went with the Kamen Rider Agito Souchaku Henshin figures.

Very cool... I love the write-up taking us from vision to execution to product. It's always awesome to see someone take an idea from their head and get to realize it. The design is also top-notch, and the accessories are awesome.

Heres a thought for Matt. Say toyboxdx posters (joshb, fraser, sanjeev, etc the whole shebang) assembled a sketchbook of ideas, sent it to you and you claimed it as your own work. Could you get you get our ideas made by badass makers of things? Just a thought. A theory if you will. That maybe. That'd rock a whole bunch. Not that you'd do it. Yknow. *starts drawing* :P

Thanks guys!!! Seeing this happen was an incredibly lucky confluence of fate for me. Unfortunately it's insanely time- and materials- intensive to make these on any sort of regular basis; the materials cost alone (not counting any of the labor or time or the machine rental, which we only got to use for free this time because Marugame's company was moving) was well over $500. Lord knows what it'd be if we'd actually factored in the cost of our time...
Ah, the back! Totally forgot it in my haste to get the article posted. Here it is....
