Say hello to my little friend!
Like a lot of JM collectors I have typically shied away from the arm attachments, but I have been warming to them over the years, most particularly the ZZ-6 "rockfinger of death." Found it for 3500 yen at Mandarake a few months back. For some reason, I can't imagine these going on anything other than one or the other of the Mazingers.
It's so huge, there's really no way to display it other than a "are you lookin' at me" style, three-barrels-in-yo-face pose. (Surprisingly, it doesn't knock Great Mazinger off balance, though that could be because of the weight of the Scramble Dash on his back.)
I think my favorite part about it is pondering exactly what the designer was smoking when he thought it up.
