>>Hey Matt....is that vintage candy toy/Glico store still in Nakano Broadway?
Newsflash... It CLOSED! *sob* However they're opening new ones all the time. I suspect it just moved somewhere else. That place is like a labyrinth.
>>the only DX Gingaizer Jumbo set I've ever known of. Never even come across another photo of one.
Really!? Now I really need to take better pics.
>>Nooo, this thread was meant to stay hidden in the shadows....now I'm too exposed....:(((
Embrace the dark side... ;) Hey, I see you have the transparent Mazinger Z "Desktop Model" from U5! Can we get a photo?

If you're referring to the 3" Getter Liger, yes it is.
If you're talking about my collection, not...
This is only a big slice of the japanese toys collection.
There is another room (that I am actually dismantelling) with the others I decided to keep.
My Megos are almost gone for good (like some of you already know), James Bond is going too, but STAR WARS and STAR TREK (the ORIGINALS) are still here....with few other lines I always loved ( The Black Hole, Tron, Indy, Gremlins....)

Love the pics Kriss, thanks for sharing!
The row of wooden display cases really remind me of a nice wine cellar, haha.
*uppity voice*:
"Why yes, to go with dinner, here we have a fine vintage '74, and , Oh!, perhaps this one, as '77 was such a good year. What would you prefer Chauncy?" =0D

I don't know much about the black hole toys but I was wondering what this was as well.

Yes it is. You can see it in action on the original vintage Mego tv ad on youtube....
it's still working, but the r/c was lost when Mego general headquarter was dismantled.

I'm currently searching for a brand new perfect Grendizer GA 37 DX or its Shogun Warriors equivalent, Goldorak. Would pay an insanely tremendous price for it...MP me if you have it.

There is enough in these pictures for me to study the rest of the year.
Unbelievably, you appear to own the VINCENT hero toy prop used to shoot the commercial for the unreleased toy(!!) If I recall, that would have been a fully working R/C toy as well, not merely a prop?
Ugh, I have other questions, but have to get my head around those pics first.

Oh, I forget to put this one.
Of course, this Gordian is 100% original, with unapplied decals 'cause I prefer keep the labels sheet untouched.

So much good boss borot action.
Takemi Machine Blasters are so clean. So jealous of those.
The big bases are definitely way cooler than the little ones.
Especailly the gaiking one.
Just crazy tons of little figures and stuff going on.
Do you have the Hottoke Saucer Muteking base toy?
Hands down I'm so envious of your Getta 3 jumbo. And yes pics of Grand Fighter please? I'd trade a Gordian, daikengo, or pretty much anything else for one of those without batting an eye.
