One of my all-time favorites, the Takemi Ramble Giant.

Half robot, half base and heavy like a brick.

Thanks Jim!
You find some more infos about Ramble Giant here:

the complete toy series, here are fotos from venson1969:

The story of my Ramble Giant is like a journey around the world.
Japan -> USA -> UK -> Germany
I had luck with the Giant. Bought him last year as part of a ebay offline
deal from England. I won from a very nice guy from the UK a Popy Voltes V ST
and few weeks later I won from the same guy a Bullmark Mekanda Robo ST.
Well, it was time to ask him if he has more robots. YES! He had more robots.
I bought the Ramble Giant, a Takemi Spin Lancer ST and Takemi Freedom I
(all boxed) for...no joke...ca. $170. I think that was a good price .
The guy from the UK was happy, I was happy...and the Ramble Giant got a new home.
So, it's still possible (with luck) finding cool robots for "small" money.

Yeah the Ramble Giant is Rock'n'Roll

You kill me.. Speaking of things getting in the way, I'd been meaning to ask you if you ever opened that giant R/C Mecha Gojira you told me about when we were kicking it at the izakaya?
Back on topic. I have the white and the red tigers but am missing the RG myself. My excuse? Actually, EXACTLY the same as cohiba..
