It sure looks like the Marmit - and I think it was paired with GaradaK7

Someone on 'that other board' pointed out that you could do something really cool with extending the belly maggot into the guts in a way I hadn't thought of... here's hoping!

Well...I can have more made. But be prepared for wallet-busting! If anyone's seriously interested, PM me.
As for the material, it's just clear resin, but it's some special formula that makes it super-resistant to temperature flucuation (it's rated around 190 degrees F). Better for surviving the vucanizer. I also like it because it doesn't feel brittle like normal clear resin does.
Anyway, the astronomical cost comes from the days worth of meticulous wet-sanding they put in to get that flawless surface sheen. I love these guys--they know their shit. And big ups to Alen for putting me in touch with them!

A friend of mine up in Canada has been going full-tilt making clear & clear-colored resin recasts of all manner of Microman and Micronaut stuff. He even does rivet joints. Really amazing workmanship...

Clearly, I like a little boutique vinyl. Clearly, this makes me a hipster douchebag.

None of those are mine. They're the personal collection of the guy who makes them. And yeah, he does display a lot of them on those little LED stands! :-)

It was in a TBDX ad!?
I don't know if it's THE, but it's the one I've had for quite some time (and aside from Warren, I don't know of anyone offhand who has one - this stuff is off of most people's radar.)

I'm clear too!
Matt, that Gundam cutaway figure box is gorgeous. Vintage toy sets like that just look so good in the box.

The whole shot looks great Matt. If you have time can you post a pic of juts the God Marz? I've never seen that.
Thanks,
Mason

Confound my old memory. But hot damn if that 2nd toy isn't completely beautiful.
