What is the deal with selling one of these on Ebay? I have a friend who wants to unload an AFA Graded 80Q but will Ebay not let you sell it on their site? Where else could he go to sell this thing. I've seen it and it is a great piece. He just has to get rid of it so he can have money to buy Christmas presents.

Is he trying to sell one through an Ebay site in a country that prohibits selling realistic gun toys?

I sold a G1 Megatron on US eBay a year or two ago. I don't know if they have changed their policies to completely disallow this since then.

Even if they haven't, you have to be really careful about how you display the toy. I did not show the toy in gun mode and had the auction yanked. I had to relist it with a picture of gun mode with an orange plug in the barrel. I ended up losing a bunch of bidders over that.
