Question for the Vinyl Guys....

Hey guys, got a quick question for y'all. I've been trying to figure out if the lower half of the M1-GO Haruo Nakajima in godzilla costume was taken from another zilla vinyl or if it was just made for that figure. I've looked all over the place but can't seem to get an answer either way. any help figuring this out would be most appreciated. thanks guys.
