Eh, it looks like maybe they haven't updated their database or something. I can't add it to my cart, but I can do so with other items. Oh well. Thanks for the link though!

You could try using Rakuten to get it.

Thanks! They supposedly still had one in stock. I've ordered, but haven't gotten any kind of shipping notice yet. Still, it's just been a couple days. Any idea how long it would normally take them to ship something?

Well, thank you for the great suggestion! It arrived yesterday, and I probably got it for about half of what I would have paid on Ebay. Thanks again!

I've read or watched a few reviews of the Gokaiger Machfalcon/Machalcon (whichever seems to be the pronunciation). Anyone here actually own this thing? Seems awfully pricey for what it does. Anyone able to comment on this toy?
Some Xmas money has let me spend on a couple more of these guys, so I've got a Gojujin and a DX Shinken-Oh on their way. Luckily Toy-Wave and Leoshop had some of these still in stock.

Found these images of the headmaster aspects of the GoBuster Ace toy. Looking pretty good. Kinda funny that the head seems to transform and look a lot like a Ranger key.

GoBuster Ace? I guess we have officially recycled just about every combination of every other existing name in the genre.
Yea! Looks about the caliber of a G1 Targetmaster...TWENTY YEARS TOO LATE!!!
You've got to be kidding me, there were plenty of plasticy lazily executed GaoGaiGar toys from the 90's that looked more inspired than this guy (not to mention the car looks like Marveller from Leopardon).
I guess all that's left for next year's attempt to produce a unique looking toy that "breaks the mold" is to throw a "turn-a-Gundam" Rollie Fingers mustache on a robot and it'll really be over.

Personally, I have to say that the throwback toy design mechanics is what has brought me over to the Sentai dark side. I'm fed up with uber-complex Transformations that get in the way of actually PLAYING with the toys. I bring out my newer Transformers, and the kids think they're neat looking but they don't really play with them. I bring out GoKaioh and the accessory mechs and they're all over him. It's because they can just be changed quickly from mode to mode by a kid, rather than an adult collector.

This thing's still on sale at HLJ. Hella cheap. I ordered one but didn't get it yet. Looks awesome.
EDIT: Shipping weight is a pound and a half! Let's estimate the metal content based on that.

The diecast is pretty much limited to the back plate and hinges. Even though the majority of it is plastic it does have a nice heft to it.

Is that tiger tank the same toy that this box art goes to?
[toyfair12.asmzine.com]
I don't want the toy, but I love seeing such a ridiculous vehicle - with a tiger turret - painted so seriously.

It's "Unofficial" - that is, not part of super sentai continuity, or something? - but Toei is producing an adult otaku targeted sentai series called AKIBARANGER.
No word yet on whether there will be toys, or even if they have a robot.

I think, being adult-targeted, it's a side project, thus why it's "unofficial" sentai.
This is just guessing, but I would compare it to how Bandai/Sunrise has the Gundam Unicorn OVA for the older fans, and the Gundam AGE TV series running simultaneously for all-ages fans but especially for the kids who buy the toys.

There will be SH Figuarts.

It's such a nutty idea, I might have to watch a bit of it.

I asked if I have "Time For L-Gaim" but I got "No Reply From The Wind".

I kind of like it but the problem is nothing synergically blends together.
Go look at Daijyujin, Dairenoh, Ohblocker or Magiking for example to see how the right way to blend components together is done.

That looks like the robot's back, not his front. Weird.

I find it hilarious how the red ranger's helmet mimicks his hair and has his left eye almost entirely covered, except that unlike hair he can't brush part of his helmet aside.
Wonder if that's where the blood comes in? "Missile coming for the left!" "Where?" "AAAAIIIIEEEEEEE!!!"

Wow, that looks like those very flat toads that can be found on the roads here during toad trekking season. Except it isn't dark green and stuck to the road surface.
